Description
This area consists of a town at the edge of a cliff that doesn't seem to have a bottom. This town contains rural homes, merchant quarters and other homes located on 3 teirs of land overwhich looks a large temple atop the tallest hill.

Possible Uses
This prefab area could be used as the port area of a larger city, or perhaps (with adjustments) simply a floating land mass with a town on top. Water cold also be added to make it more "normal" (as opposed to a flying ship, it could sit in water).
